Good Morning......

                                          Trying to get back into the sWiNg of things
yesturday I crawled up into the attic and got ALL my boxes of Halloween and Christmas craft stuff down and set up a table in my bedroom to paint on. A few years back I bought tWo BeNcHes to paint on but just never found what I wanted to paint on them until NoW......I found the perfect Halloween pattern by Terrye French to put on one of them, the other one will be a Christmas one.
Here is the first WIP photo.......I will post more WIP as I go.

just a little something I painted on an old piece of wood. Inspired by Terrye French! Also a patriotic tub that I painted and made 3 little pillows and painted them also.....hope you like.

Sorry that I have not been posting. I am still here lurking around. Due to some surgeries I haven"t been able to paint like I have been wanting to but I promise within the next few days I will be posting some new work!!! Hope everyone has a great day!!!!

Finally....

back to painting and creating and it FEELS good!!!! I'm working on a Spring painting and will post pics tomm. and also list it on e-bay.

InsPirEd....

looking at all my firends blogs is inspiring me to get to work.....I miss having my hands in clay and paint. hopefully tomm. I can set up an area in the bedroom so I can start creating again. If so I plan to have something this week.....

Still......

around....some friends have been asking where I have been and when am I going to produce new work. WELL as you can see from my last post my life has been a BiG mess to say the least. We had a lot of loss last year and are still trying to cope with all the grief. On top of all that my HoNey has been sick and he has no insurance so we can't have any tests done so we are trying to cope with that and then we had to move. Which has its ups and downs....one up side is its twice as big so we have more room which is awesome. down side is it needs a lot of work mostly on the inside. I also had to(well chose to) give up my studio because my 17yr old nephew came to live with us so I am without a studio at this point. I am going to use my closet in the bedroom as a temp. spot. Then in the spring we are going to convert the AtTiC into my studio which is huge so I can't wait!!! I MISS NOT BEING ABLE TO CREATE!!!!! so please bare with me!!!!!

HaLLowEeN already!!!!!

It has been a very long time since I have updated my blog. This has been a very "trying" year. We lost both parents....Mom passed in February, and Dad passed in May. My fiance had to quit his job to take care of them. His own health has suffered because of the stress he went through to take care of both of them by himself without any help from family.We did it on our own. He was just in the hospital for 3 days, with chest pains. He is now applying for disability because he is unable to work. Because of this we have to move. I am not happy about this because it is in a town 90min. from here. My nephew also came to live with us which meant I had to give up my studio so he could have a bedroom. BUT there have been some joys also in our life. My daughter Kaitlyn gave us a beautiful grand-daughter in August, Annabelle Angel Korene Patsy. She had a beautiful baby shower in June. Also my step-daughter Cortney got married Sept. 24. It was a beautiful beach ceremony. So this year has been alot of ups and downs. Sooooooo......I have not had much time or ambition to paint and create like I want. I am working on a piece right now though. As soon as we move and get settled I will concentrate more on my blog and art. One good thing about moving is I will have my own studio space outside of the house. I cant wait to start decorating my new studio. So please hang in there and dont forget about me.
